We’re ( my roommate & I ) looking for someone to take over my flatmate’s lovely en-suite room in UNCLE New Cross.

Details:
• Location: 3-minute walk to New Cross Gate/New Cross Station
• Travel: Only 30 minutes to Central London
• Floor: 4th floor with lift access
• Room: Spacious double room with a stunning view
• Furnishing: Partially furnished (desk, chair, and wardrobe can be purchased from current tenant for a great price!)
• Bathroom: Private en-suite with shower
• Shared Space: Modern shared living room and kitchen with stylish furniture
• Extras: Large terrace perfect for plants/gardening
• Facilities: Secure bike shed, garage, on-site maintenance team, and reception to handle parcels
• Bills: Not included (approx. £100–150/month)

Who we’re looking for:
• Female preferred
• Goldsmiths students especially welcome
• Ideally a student (for council tax purposes)
• Someone responsible, clean, and considerate — no party people, please!
• Someone who will treat the flat like a home

You’ll be living with myself and my lovely flatmate — we enjoy spending time together but also respect each other’s space and privacy.
