Double Room w/En-Suite | Friendly House Share

Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely shared flat as I’m moving back home🤍

The Room:
• Spacious double bedroom
• Fully furnished
• Private en-suite bathroom
• Really nice, comfortable space!

The Flat:
You’ll be living with 3 amazing flatmates (1 girl, 2 boys) all super friendly, respectful, and easy to live with. It’s a really nice balance of social and chill, everyone gets along but also respects each other’s space.

We’re looking for someone who is laid back, clean, and easygoing, someone who fits into a relaxed and respectful household. Students or young professionals are both welcome!

Tenancy Details:
• Move in: around 23rd May
• Rent: £1020/month (bills not included but they’re quite cheap after split)
• Deposit: £1168 (5 weeks rent -split evenly between all 4 of us)
• Initial term: 3 months (until 23rd August)

The current tenants are planning to renew the tenancy, so there’s a strong option to stay longer if it’s a good fit, the 3 months is a great way to try it out!

Other Info:
• You’ll need to pass standard referencing checks through the landlord/agency
• Happy to help with viewings or answer any questions
