En-Suite Room Available for 2-Month Sublet

Hi!

I’m looking for someone to take my en-suite room for around 2 months from the 7th of July while I’m away. The rent is £1,100 per month and all bills are included.

The room comes with its own private bathroom and is part of a friendly shared house in New Cross.

Everyone gets along well, respects each other’s space and helps keep the place organised. We all have our own lives, but sometimes we’ll watch a film together, play some video games, or head out for food or drinks.

The shared spaces are a big plus. The kitchen is very spacious and has two ovens, making it easy to cook even when several people are around. There’s also a comfortable living room with a TV, Xbox and PlayStation. Outside, there’s a patio area that’s usually quiet and is great for relaxing, gardening, or having a cigarette.

The location is ideal for Goldsmiths students, as the university is only a short walk away. There are plenty of supermarkets, shops, restaurants, pubs and nightlife options nearby. Both New Cross and New Cross Gate stations are within walking distance, with London Bridge only around 5 minutes away by train.

I’m looking for someone respectful and tidy who will fit in well with the house, whether you’re a student or a professional.
