Lovely Room in New Cross Available for Sublet July

Hi there! I'm subletting my room in the New Cross area while I'm on my summer holidays. The room will be available from June 29th-July 14th. The apartment is super charming, super clean and very close to convenient public transport i. e. the overground via New Cross and New Cross Gate stations, Deptford Bridge DLR, and lots of nearby bus lines.
The room itself is well furnished, has a comfortable double bed and huge wardrobe, and looks out onto Goldsmiths University campus. The flat is also right above a Sainsbury's which is a huge plus.
Flatmates are all very sweet and respectful people who are mostly working outside of the flat, all professionals. We do our best to work together keeping everything clean and pleasant. Everyone in the household works in something creative (tattooing, film, creative marketing) so would be great if you're a similar vibe but no stress if not!
Preference would be someone who's at least mostly vegetarian and doesn't work from home.

Total charge for the 2 and a bit weeks would be £550.
