Double room available mid-July in 5 bedroom house in New Cross. Bills not included in rent but are £71/month (£35 (council tax) £8 (wifi) and £28 (electricity)).

Decent size room with lots of storage on the second floor of a corner house in quiet estate. Two bathrooms, large kitchen, large lounge and large garden with parking in front garden. Room comes furnished with bed, desk and chest of drawers with large in wall wardrobe as well as second in wall storage closet beside it (more photos to come soon).

House is 10 minute walk to both New Cross and New Cross Gate station, 5 minutes to London Bridge by train by rail as well as Windrush line overground running from both of these stations, including all night on weekends.

Living with 4 other professional people aged 25-30. All queer, but everyone is welcome to express interest. Nice vibe around the house, sometimes all chill out and chat when passing in the kitchen but never feels crowded and space respected by everyone.
