Single room in New Cross

Hi, I’m Valentin, 26 yo working in property management while looking to pivot into finance.

I have a single room available in a 2bed 1bath flat in a nice and cozy area.
The flat is cozy, comfortable for 2 people and really well linked with other areas around the city:
- New Cross gate overground 2mins
- Deptford bridge overground 5min
- Deptford bridge DLR 7mins
- different buses in front of the flat

There are many groceries shops, pubs, coffee shops and different other things around.

I am looking for a flatmate who wants to share some space in a sociable, clean and nice place and who might be up for a chat, pub night, and whatever we feel like.
Same time I understand that we all have our space and need our time.
