I am looking for a friendly housemate to take the double room in my two-bed 4th-floor flat.

The room comes furnished with a double bed (ottoman storage), new mattress, wardrobe, freestanding shelves, cabinet, bedside table and lamp, desk, desk chair and full length mirror (and optional houseplants).

- Shared fob-controlled ground floor entrance and lift
- Open plan living room and kitchen
- 55" 4K HDR Smart TV with a soundbar which is great for watching TV and films
- 350Mb fibre broadband connection
- Dining room table with room for 6-8 people
- Shared bathroom with shower and bath
- Bike storage

All bills are included in the rent - electric, gas, water, wifi, council tax and tv license.

The flat is a 12 minute walk from both New Cross Gate and Queens Road Peckham stations and a short train journey to London Bridge.

I really love my flat and it would be great to find a friendly professional who wants to help create a relaxed and welcoming home - who enjoys sharing the living room, the occasional movie night or vent after work.
