Large double room in buzzy New Cross area, 3 min walk from multiple supermarkets (Sainsbury’s, TKMaxx) and 10 from Aldi & Lidl.
Renting for 1 month between 16th December - 16th January (dates flexible) while I’m away. Two housemates will be here for two of those weeks and away for the other two so you’ll have the flat to yourself for a bit.
Single person preferred but will consider a couple for £1000 (cold) for the month (will adjust if stay is shorter).
5 min walk to both New Cross and New Cross Gate stations which will get you to London Bridge by train in 5 mins. Overground with direct connections to Shoreditch, Dalston etc.
15 min walk from Peckham, Deptford, 20 to Greenwich.
