I have a 2 double bedroom flat for rent which will be available from 12th February 2024.. I'm looking for a coupe or family or two friends to rent whole flat, preferably working professional but students also welcome as Goldsmiths College is VERY nearby (10mins walk).

The two double bedroom flat is located in a very spacious and comfortable second floor in a safe estate, with a double reception lounge and dining room, and private parking space behind the property (next to the garages). Flat comes furnished.

The flat is situated in a peaceful neighbourhood with local amenities nearby. There is a large multistorey shopping centre a 10min bus ride away at Surrey Quays/Canada Water (bus stop opposite estate) which has a Tesco, Boots, Thomas Cook, BHS, clothes stores, banks, and a huge Decathlon, amongst others. You can also walk to New Cross/New Cross Gate in a couple of minutes to catch the overground.

Transport is very easy (the 225 bus stops opposite the estate, taking you to Canada Water and the large shopping centre in 6 mins or it's walkable in 15-20 mins). Nearest tube stop is New Cross or New Cross Gate, or Surrey Quays 0. 5 miles (all on the overground with frequent services taking you into Soho and East London), or Canada Water (on jubilee line).
