I am a student who currently has a lovely, “en suite” room booked at Ewen Henderson Court, a Unite Students accommodation building. I won’t be staying there in the end this academic year, so I essentially have a very spacious and clean room ready to be rented out to a fellow student from June 22nd up until September 10th 2023!
 
The room includes:
- A private bathroom (with a toilet, shower and sink)
- A very comfortable single sized bed
- A spacious desk
- 4 drawers
- Lots of shelves
- A huge wardrobe
 
The flat also includes a lounge and fully fitted kitchen area which is shared with a maximum of 6 flat mates.
 
The building also includes:
- A common room
- A laundry room
- A bike storage
- A lovely courtyard with picnic tables
 
This Zone 2 location is a great base for exploring London, with New Cross well-connected by bus, rail, and Overground. Ewen Henderson Court is located next to Goldsmiths University of London, just a 2 minute walk, and it’s a 30-minute walk to Greenwich Park.
 
The rent is non-negotiable since it is set by Unite Students directly, but includes all bills, wi-fi throughout the property and basic contents insurance. Plus they have great 24/7 security, a 24/7 emergency contact centre, an extremely quick and thorough maintenance team and on site support.
