Hi All, my name is Ams and I am looking for a flatmate from mid-November 2026 (from 18 November). Please note that viewing is available from the 1st November.

Short introduction about me and my husband, I am from Korea and my husband is from italy. I am mostly working from home in the creative sector and he works in education. We have a little furry friend, Donna. Just a cutest little thing if you like cats.

We love cooking and relaxing during the weekdays. At the weekend, more of doing house chores and outdoor activities if the weather allows us.

The location is 10min walk from NEW CROSS GATE station so if you need to travel to north, east, west and south, the transport is very convenient with buses and overground.

The room will be furnished with a new double mattress, clothing rail, chest of drawers, desk and chair. The room comes with a separate family sized bathroom just for yourself.

The house is equipped with 2 fridges (a separate fridge for you!), garage for bikes and suitcases, dining area, cozy living room with tv for netflix, mubi, amazon prime.

Rent is 1200 including bills and essentials (including toilet paper, laundry products, dishwashing products, basic cooking sauce) PLUS cleaning of common area so you are free from house chores!
Deposit 1000 and 1 month notice is required.

We are looking for someone who is considerate and kind to others with the sense of ownership and responsibility.
