Hi All, my name is Ams and I am looking for a flatmate from September 2025.

Short introduction about me and my husband, I am from Korea and my husband is from italy. I am mostly working from home in the creative sector and he works in education. We have a little furry friend, Donna. Just a cutest little thing if you like cat.

We love cooking and relaxing during the weekdays. At the weekend, more of doing house chores and outdoor activities if the weather allows us.

The location is 10min walk from NEW CROSS GATE station so if you need to travel to north, east, west and south, the transport is very convenient with buses and overground.

The room will be furnished with a new double mattress, clothing rail, chest of drawers, desk and chair. The room comes with separate family sized bathroom.

The house is equipped with 2 fridges (a separate fridge for you!), garage for bikes and suit cases, dining area, cozy living room with tv for netflix, mubi, amazon prime.

Rent is 1100 including bills and internet.
Deposit 1000 and 1 month notice is required.

We are looking for someone who is considerate and kind to others with the sense of ownership and responsibility.
