It's a lovely flat in New Cross Gate 8mins distance from New Cross Gate overground station and another 8mins to Queens Road Station. There is also a bus stop in front of the flat that connects you smoothly to central London, Camberwell and Greenwich.
A bunch of nice shops, Tele park, amazing Skehans pub 10 mins away and cafes in walking distance.
You will be sharing with another female, me. An architect and creative who has been living in this flat for four years.
Rent is £780 per month and includes only water bill.
Bills come to around £120 - £140 per month
