A lovely double room is becoming available in a well-kept two-bedroom flat in New Cross Gate. I’m looking for someone who values peace, cleanliness, and treats a shared space with care and respect.

My current flatmate is relocating for a new job outside of London, so I’m now looking for someone similarly considerate and easygoing. The flat has been our calm and cosy retreat, and I’d love to continue that energy with someone new.

I’d love to share with someone who’s open to the occasional dinner or catch-up, while also appreciating space and quiet. The room is bright and peaceful, and the flat has been looked after with love. We’re close to great transport links, local cafes, and green spaces, but tucked away enough to feel relaxed and private.

Rent is £925 per month, with bills averaging around £250.
