Bright double Room Near New Cross Gate Station

We have a lovely double room available, just a 5‑minute walk from New Cross Gate station. The room is on the upper floor of the house, so it’s peaceful and filled with natural light throughout the day. It comes with a new double bed and mattress, a built-in large wardrobe, and a desk.

The house has a warm, creative atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped, with kitchenware, a new washing machine and dishwasher, and a breakfast table. We’re an artistic household, so the space is cosy and full of character.

You’ll be living with Amy, myself, and Bruno — mine large and very sweet dog. We’re looking for someone who genuinely likes dogs and appreciates a calm, respectful home.

The area has excellent transport links and is great for anyone connected to Goldsmiths, Deptford, Greenwich or Peckham. There are cafés, shops, and green spaces all nearby.
Council tax and broadband internet are included.

Public transport is excellent — the Overground is around the corner, and several bus routes connect you easily to central London. It’s a great spot if you want both convenience and a peaceful place to come home to.
