Re-posting due to a change of circumstance- I am looking for a Lodger in a 2 bedroom flat
A bright, spacious ground-floor room with all bills included, in a calm and friendly home.

The room is offered on an initial 6-month contract, which then moves to a rolling monthly agreement. If you’ve had enough of busy house shares and are looking for somewhere quieter, this could be a great fit. Open to discussion for 3 months.

I’m ideally looking for a female Lodger. The room would particularly suit a mature Goldsmiths student or a London commuter.
The large double room comes fully furnished, with a comfortable double bed, two wardrobes (one single, one double-door), and additional storage. In the kitchen, you’ll have your own food cupboards and half of the fridge. Pots, pans, and general kitchen equipment are shared, so there’s no need to bring your own. There’s also a lovely courtyard with table and chairs, perfect for relaxing.

You’d be living with me and my two cats—both are gentle and well-trained.

Weekdays are generally quiet as I work Monday to Friday. Evenings are usually spent relaxing, catching up with friends, or watching TV, and I’m always happy to share a glass of wine and a chat.
I stay active at weekends, mostly cycling.

The location is fantastic, with lots of great options for food, drinks, and independent shops in Nunhead, Peckham, and East Dulwich. Deptford and Greenwich are also close by. LIDL, Sainsbury’s, and ALDI are all within easy walking distance.

Transport links are excellent, with plenty of options nearby.
