Spacious Double Room- Couples Welcome

We’re subletting a spacious, fully furnished double room in a house share from now until the end of August, with the possibility of continuing afterwards on a contract if it’s a good fit with the household.

We’re looking for either a couple or a single person, aged 22–29, who is LGBTQ+ friendly, creative, and inclusive.

The room is large with a large window, and comes fully furnished with:

Double bed
Desk and chair (great for WFH)
Chest of drawers
Double wardrobe

You’ll also have full access to the living room, which can be used for relaxing or extra storage.

We are a social but quiet household and everyone is very respectuful of each others space. As one flatmate works nights and the rest are on pro-rota there has never been any issues with queueing or communual spaces being overcrowded.

Me and my girlfriend have enjoyed living here but have to move out due to personal reasons. Our lovely landlord has graciousfully allowed us to sublet this room until end of tenancy

These photos are from the original listing we had access to before signing on. There is no longer a Sofa in the bedroom as we have moved this to the living room (more space yay !)

Location

10-15-minute walk to New Cross Gate station (Overground/Windrush)
Excellent bus connections into central London
10-minute walk to Sainsbury’s, with Aldi and Lidl also nearby

Amazing location for events and the summer as the bus connections are awesome.

Bills Excluded- Average monthly bills are 90 or more during the winter period. (Water, Wifi, Gas, Energy and Council Tax)

With a £5 Contribution every 2-3 months for the household bulk buy of toiletries and cleaning products.

We also have a weekly cleaning schedule which will need to be honoured to maintain the household cleaniness.
