A double room available in a clean, calm, and well-kept home on a residential street in New Cross SE14.

You'll be living with Reb (30), Rosie (27) and Azz (42) in an open plan semi detached house with a large patio garden.

We're a freelance household working in the arts, often working from home. Rosie and Azz are musicians and practice guitar and keyboard in the house. Our schedules aren't your traditional 9-5, so we're looking for someone who has a similar lifestyle, or happy to live with people like us. We're very chilled, not a big party household, other than the occasional summer BBQ or a winter raclette (ideally you would like cheese, but we can make it work). We have our friends over, giving each other notice, and occasional visits from family.

We're looking for someone easy going, clean and communicative. Whilst we all do our own thing most of the time, we sometimes watch TV together, chat in the kitchen and play nintendo switch. We would rather not have someone fully isolate themselves from us to maintain a homely vibe.

The room is the only ground floor bedroom, street facing and next to the entrance. This bedroom comes with a bathroom across the hall with a shower and toilet. This will be primarily yours. It comes with a double bed and a built in wardrobe (which does hold the gas + electric meter).

We've lived together happily for 18months and we're looking forward to welcoming you to your new home!

Bills: Council tax (band D), internet, energy, TV licence monthly around £100 a month (variable by season).

The water bill comes every 6 months and comes to around £100 each.
