The room features a large built-in wardrobe, plenty of space for your things, and gets good natural light.
The flat is on the 3rd floor with stairs (no lift). It has a spacious hallway, a skylight that fills the living room with natural light, and a lovely private roof terrace – perfect for relaxing in the summer. The flat is always kept clean and nicely decorated with a cosy, homely vibe.
We have a bathtub in the bathroom, and there is a small entrance area downstairs where you can securely store your bike.

• I’m already living in the flat and looking for a flatmate for the spare room.
• We have a friendly house cat, so please only apply if you’re comfortable with cats.
• Smoking is allowed (outside on the terrace or balcony).
• Couples are not accepted.
• Bills (gas, electricity, water, council tax) are not included and are shared. Usually around £80–£100 per person per month.

• Opposite the Post Office and near Five Bells Pub
