Double room in South East London

Looking for someone to join our lovely home in New Cross Gate/Peckham, as our current flatmate is moving out after buying a place of his own.

Double room in an airy and modern flat, which was refurbished only a few years ago. I've lived here for nearly three years and have loved it, it's an exciting bit of town and one of the best connected parts of South East, right near two overground stations with easy links to East and Central. Bus links are very good too, with a bus stop right outside the house.

You would be living with me and my flatmate Tom, both professionals who work a mix of at home and in the office, and both commute into Central. Move in June preferred but can be flexible. LGBTQ+ friendly. Please message if interested. Looking forward to hearing from you!
