Very peaceful house in New Cross Gate, this is the largest room. All flatmates are moving / partially moving home so the house is essentially empty over this month. Beautiful little street with and aldi, lidl and sainsburys under 10 mins away, and new cross gate station under 10 mins away. Looking for someone from the 22nd of june to 22nd july, as I am away bikepacking. Room is furnished and decorated but can be cleared upon request. rent is 900pcm, but has bills included. As I am only gone for a month, amenities such as kitchenware, spices, toiletries and anything else needed can be provided.
