Cosy and bright double room available 19 august

Bright double room available in a five bedroom house. It comes with a big kitchen, 2 bathrooms, one living room, and a big garden.

You will be joining three males (two English, one American) and one female (english). Everyone is a working professional, aged between 35 and 52. They don't WFH, but if you do that's totally fine. We sometimes hang out together and watch films and such, but everyone gives the others space too. We also have three cats - Richard, Poppy and Frankie.

The room is on the second floor with a window looking toward the back. There is a bed and a chest of drawers. There is a built-in wardrobe with some space on top for more storage.

There's additional storage space just outside the room that you will share with one more person.

If you need more storage we have a dedicated storage room in the basement. The basement also houses our cosy living room.

We have a cleaner that does the common areas every two weeks.

The house is an end of terrace house a 15 minute walk from both New Cross Gate Station and Queens Road Peckham Station. With great bus connections to central and surrounding areas.

The rent is £775 PCM. Bills come to around £58 per month.
DEPOSIT is 5 weeks rent.

We're looking for a someone who is interesting but not scary, who knows how to wash up and is relatively tidy, who likes cats & wouldn't be averse to occasionally feeding them every now and then.

The room is AVAILABLE 19th August.
