I'm looking to sublet my room whilst I'm away.
The room will be available from the 1st of August until the 29th of August. The price includes all bills.
The room has a standing desk, a wardrobe, chest and a new comfy mattress.
The house is lovely, with a very spacious living room, kitchen and garden.
Both housemates (1 male and 1 female) are chill and are working professionals. The house has a lovely cat (Meryl) and he is very friendly!
I'm open to shorter term lets as well, but ideally looking for someone to take the room for the entire 4 week period.
