Walking distance from Telegraph Hill, Deptford, Brockley and Nunhead, with short bus links to Greenwich, Peckham and Camberwell.

Current housemates (all musicians) are leaving so will be myself staying and a mate (we're both 29)

Greg works in Publishing and travels for work - I'm a chef but also a musician, so often out all day, late into the evenings and I travel a lot, so also not at home often.

Greg and I have been friends a long time and both just value a tidy, relaxed household we can chill in. We're both physically active and enjoy comedy, film, music and literature.
