I'm looking for a friendly new flatmate to share this lovely 2 bed, 2 bath apartment in New Cross, available from October 1st as my current flatmate is moving out (we would be starting a new tenancy). Move in date can be as early as Sep 27th if need be also.

> Excellent local bus links taking you straight into Central London.

💰 Rent & Bills

> Rent: £1,170 per month
> Bills: ~£200 per month being in Council Tax Band C (varies slightly by season)
> Requirement: The landlord/agency requires full reference checks and a (low) minimum salary, so please ensure you're able to pass these.

> I work from home 2 to 3 days a week. In my free time, I’m big into sports (especially Football and F1). I consider myself very clean, quiet, tidy, respectful, and easy to get along with!
