Hey girlies! I’m Rebekah, and my gorgeous housemate Saffi and I are looking for a lovely third housemate to join us for the final two months of my six-year tenancy in our beautiful New Cross Gate home.

The room is £950 per month, including all bills:

✨ Internet

✨ Who Gives A Crap toilet paper 🧻🧻🧻

The dates are fixed, so you would need to move in on 15 August and move out on 15 October. It would be perfect for someone staying in London temporarily, a student, someone working on a short-term contract or a full-time professional needing a comfortable base.

The location 🏡

We are just a three-minute walk from New Cross Gate station and around a 10-minute walk from Queens Road Peckham. The area has brilliant transport links and is surrounded by great pubs, restaurants, cafés, shops and huge parks.

The room 🛌

The bedroom is genuinely massive! It is large enough to comfortably fit a king-size bed, sofa and desk area, so there is plenty of room to work, relax and make the space your own.

Please note that the room will be completely cleared and cleaned for your move-in date!

It comes furnished with:

• A huge double wardrobe
• Two sets of drawers
• Two large built-in shelf areas running along the top of the room
•wall mounted mirrors perfect for dancing or working out!

The house 🏠

The house has a large galley kitchen that is perfect for cooking, hosting and making fabulous meals. We do not have a separate living room, but the kitchen and gardens give us plenty of shared space.

We also have:

🌱 A back garden where we grow plants and vegetables
🍹 Plenty of space for sunny drinks and relaxed evenings
🛁 A huge bath made for elite-level bubble baths

About us 🥳

We are Rebekah, 28, and Saffi, 21. We both work full-time in hospitality and can have busy schedules and late working hours.

We enjoy being sociable when our free time lines up, whether that is sharing dinner, sitting in the garden or having an evening margarita. However, we also really value having a calm, comfortable and peaceful home where everyone can rest and recharge.

Basically: please let me enjoy a lie-in, but suggest margaritas later and I will probably say yes. 😜

Who we are looking for 🧡

We would love to live with a friendly, fun and reliable woman who works full-time or studies. Someone who enjoys being sociable but does not expect the house to be a constant party.

It is important that you are considerate, emotionally mature, respectful of people’s space and happy to contribute equally to cleaning and keeping the house lovely.

We want someone with genuinely good energy who will feel comfortable sharing a peaceful, welcoming and drama-free home.
