I have two rooms available in my 3-bed flat in New Cross Gate.

Large double with separate under-the-stairs closet/wardrobe.

Bedroom Two - £675 bills inc
Double with beautiful views over London.

Available to move in w/c 21st September.
Council Tax band C.
Bills include wifi, council tax, water, gas/electric, and some house essentials like toilet paper.

The rooms come unfurnished (there's limited storage space in the flat beyond bedrooms). There is a separate kitchen/living area and a garden (though it needs some love!) I am in the process of re-decorating, so pictures may differ in person.

5 min walk from New Cross Gate station on a very friendly street, where the neighbours really look out for each other. I've been here over three years and love it. Flatmates are moving out as they are buying/moving home to save.

We've created a space that's very kind, considerate and full of love. I am looking for someone who will continue this vibe: easy-going, clean and friendly. Women aged 30+.
