Hello There !!!

Our large front bedroom is available, it overlooks a quiet, leafy street in the Hatcham Conservation Area, just a few minutes’ walk from New Cross Gate Overground and plenty of local cafés, shops around.

It’s a bright, airy space with two sash windows and shutters, wooden floors, nice rugs, a long wooden table, and a new double bed. It's a quiet and comfortable double room with lovely natural light.

The house has an artistic character and is well‑furnished, with a cosy living room, a fully equipped kitchen with new washing machine and dishwasher, and a pretty garden perfect for eating outdoors.

I work as an artist and am about to start a new project abroad, so I’ll be travelling back and forth over the next year. I’m looking for someone easy‑going, tidy, and respectful and someone who enjoys a peaceful home but doesn’t mind the occasional friendly chat in the kitchen.
