This is a terraced house in a quiet conservation area, just a short walk from the Overground station and plenty of local amenities.

I’m the landlord and live in a semi‑ensuite room. I work in the cultural sector and I’m looking for someone long‑term, easy‑going, tidy, and respectful of the home.

The atmosphere here is calm and independent and we sometimes share a chat in the kitchen or garden, but it all happens naturally.

It’s a great location if you need quick access to central London, Goldsmiths, Deptford, or Peckham.
