Hi! I’m subletting my double bedroom in New Cross from 2nd nov to 21st nov (possibility to start on 1st nov and end on 22nd nov).

🏠 The room and household:

• Room: It’s a really big room because it used to be the living room and there is plenty of light coming in throughout the day. There’s also a WFH/ study set up you need it.

• Household: You’ll be living in a queer household with 4 other people around 26-28yo. They all have an artistic practice alongside their day job and are really nice and chatty.

I’m looking for someone clean and respectful of the space, preferably a queer person or a woman.

💰Price: £650 (bills incl.)

* 15 min to Queens Road Peckham
* 15 min to New Cross
* 30min to London bridge by bus or 20min by overground/national rail

Lots of buses to central london and other south london neighbourhoods
