2 Rooms in LGBTQIA+ Friendly SE9 Home

Two furnished rooms available in our LGBTQIA+ friendly home in leafy SE9. We are a gay couple living in the house and we’re looking for two respectful lodgers who are tidy, easy-going and comfortable sharing a calm queer household.

Both rooms are for one person and come furnished with the basics, including a double bed, bed linen and pillows. You’ll share the kitchen, bathroom and common areas with us. The house is relaxed and friendly, but we do like shared spaces to be kept clean and considerate for everyone.

All bills are included: council tax, gas, electricity, water and broadband, with fair usage. There is also the option to arrange a weekly cleaner for an extra cost if you’d like.

The house is around 1 minute from the bus stop, with New Eltham and Sidcup stations around 15 minutes away and direct trains to London Bridge in about 30 minutes. There’s plenty of greenery nearby, so it’s a good fit for someone who wants a quieter base with easy access into London.

No smoking indoors, and overnight guests only by prior agreement. Rooms are offered under a lodger licence agreement.
