the place is absolutely gorgeous. it's in a quiet, residential area (you can't hear the street or cars) close to shops and really good transport transport links.

accessibility:

the apartment has a private entrance, without intercom or lift and is up one flight of 14 concrete stairs, 93cm by 18cm)there are no stairs or raised areas within the flat. the apartment is a 10min walk to new eltham train station, where you can catch direct, fast trains to lewisham, london bridge, waterloo east, charring cross etc.

other:

the place has a gorgeous large, south facing window in the living room/kitchen area. the place gets lots of light and feels like a treehouse! there are no neighbours below as it's above a walkway. there are neighbours on each side. the place sadly has no washing machine/dryer but otherwise comes fully furnished.

*this place would suite someone calm and quiet. i've been living here for over 7yrs now and have put a lot of energy into creating a peaceful energy :)
