Spacious double room for singles or couple

Hello, the main (largest) room is available from 5th November for either a single person or a couple. The house is clean and tidy and well decorated. There is a storage cupboard built into this room. The current lodger lived here for 4 years but is relocating due to a new job.

There is a shared kitchen with a gas hob and there are two fridges, dish washer and a new washing machine. There are 2 toilets, and a shared living room with a tv and sound bar. The garden is quite big, with fruit trees and outdoor seating. No problem if you smoke, but outdoors only. There is driveway parking if you have a car.

There is a large open space opposite the house, and I have very nice neighbours both sides who I speak to regularly. I live part time abroad so I am only in the house for two weeks per month on average.

Bills are included and I would like references as well as a deposit.
