2 Double Rooms in peaceful wholesome home

I have 2 spare rooms available in my little 'Oasis' in North London, N11. Price quoted includes bills.

I offer a peaceful home on a quiet road close to nature/parks.
Arnos Grove or New Southgate train are a 5 minute bus ride away, or a 20-25 min walk. Other bus connections are excellent.

Room 1 is larger, with a double bed, hanging wardrobe space, chest of drawers, desk and a good space for a yoga mat, sunny aspect.

Room 2 has a small double bed, small desk, little hanging space (I can improve it).

A shared newly built bathroom - bath/shower/toilet/underflloor heating.

Ideally suited for a professional easygoing woman who is clean, considerate and independent, able to live harmoniously. Ideally office based but hybrid is okay.

Short or longer term stays are welcome. The rooms are furnished so there is no space for a load of your stuff, though I have a loft for some storage.

I work from home half the week as a Shiatsu (Complementary) Therapist and teacher. So I keep the space clear and quiet in the days and sometimes hold events here. I love music, dancing, and nature. I have a varied busy life.

I'd like to share with a like minded person, self-sufficient, clean up after yourself and respect the space and quiet time during sleep hours. Cleaner comes every 2 weeks and we share in keeping it clean in between. Happy to have some shared meals and a drink and a dance or watch something….

References, ID and proof of income are required.

I plan to travel end of August and will be renting the house / rooms out for 3-6 months so this could effect your length of stay (or suit you if you have a longer term need and I can fill the other rooms)
