Spacious Double Room in lovely home

We'd welcome a house mate who is friendly, clean, considerate.
A working professional preferred - ideally you will work at least hybrid and not at home all the time.

You will share with me and my 24 year old son, though he may move out soon.
I work as a Holistic Bodywork Therapist and teacher.
We are mainly vegetarian. Love music, dancing, and nature.

Love a good chat as and when and we enjoy our own space. Looking to create a homely house share where we all join in some house jobs that come up.

You will be friendly, self-sufficient, clean up after yourself and respect the space and quiet time during sleep hours. Cleaner comes every 2 weeks and we share in keeping it clean in between.

The room for rent is in 2 sections, one with double bed, wardrobe, TV and one with desk and chest of drawers/ shelves. Shared bathroom, kitchen and living room when it's suits all of us. it has a small TV that has Netflix and Prime. When I find a nice comfy armchair or mini sofa it will have that too.

I can take short term lets and will interview to see if we are a good match. I would prefer a longer term of 6 months +.
I will need references.
