Large Single room in comfy maisonette

Hi. I am renting this room for 3 months to start with to see how we get on, but open to long term. I am the landlady but will be living abroad for 6 months of the year, my 26 year old son will be living here throughout the year. The toilet/shower room is shared by my son and you. There is a bus right outside the house that can take you to tube stations, Arnos or Southgate. There are other bus lines 300 mts from the house.
This is a ground floor maisonette. Very functional and comfy. The house has a spacious kitchen if you like cooking. You don’t need to bring anything as is all furnished and I can facilitate bedding if needed. If you work from home most days I will require an additional £30 a month to just help pay the gas/electricity bills. Driveway parking for small car available. No smoking inside the house but you can in the back patio.
The room has just been painted and a new carpet has been fitted. The room is available immediately.
The one month deposit can be split in the first two months. This will be returned in full if your stay is short but may take some for deep cleaning and painting if you stay for one year or longer.
