Double Bedroom Available

Hi, I’m looking for a flatmate to move into my spare double bedroom. It’s a modern, newly built 2-story flat on the ground and lower ground floors, perfect for a working professional.

The bedroom opens onto a communal garden with secure access, though almost no one else is ever out there! It is currently unfurnished, however if you do require a bed/mattress I will buy one for the room (new mattress of course).

There’s a private balcony off the living room overlooking the garden, lovely place to sit in the summer. A shared bathroom, with a separate toilet room on the ground floor.

I share a gorgeous dog, so she will be around every other month, and is the best roommate! I work on site, so will not be around daytimes so if you work remotely, you would have the place to yourself during the day. In the evenings, happy to chat, watch a film or leave you to your own devices.

As a responsible landlord I am responsive to any issues. Fortnightly cleaner included in the bills.
