I’m looking for a friendly, respectful lodger to join my clean, calm and well looked after home. The flat is just a 4-minute walk from New Southgate station and around 8 minutes from Arnos Grove, making it ideal for commuting.

I’m easygoing, sociable and always happy for a chat or the occasional shared activity, but I also really value my own space and downtime. I’m looking for someone with a similar vibe, someone who enjoys a peaceful home, is considerate of others, and treats the place with care.
