Double room

Bedroom 1

Rooms is a double (3x4 meters), and furnished. It has a large built in wardrobe, bed (currently single but double fits no problem if you want to bring one), drawers, desk, and sofa. Rooms have wifi, central heating, and double glazing. No smoking in the house.

We have free parking if you drive. Otherwise, Arnos Grove tube station (on the Piccadilly line) is a 5 minute bus ride or a 20 minute walk away. It's just half an hour into central London. New Southgate overground train station is a similar distance. A night bus from central also stops a 10 minutes walk away.

Bills paid on a sliding scale. Low energy users pay 75 per month, high users pay 100 per month.

Generally it's a relaxed & quiet household and neighbourhood. I try to be environmentally friendly and energy conscious, recycle etc. so it would be nice to have people with the same sort of mind-set.

It goes without saying that everyone is expected to clean up after themself. There are allocated spaces for each room in shared areas to make this easy.

There is no access to the garden from these rooms but we are surrounded by parks; one directly behind the house, another within 5 minutes walk, and 2 more a little further walk.
