Double room (perm, m-f or short term)

Hi, I have a spare room available for a single person permanent or Mon-Fri arrangement, or would consider short term.

There are 2 of us living in the house, both very chilled, enjoy a catch up over wine, binging series, trips to the local and days out. I work from home mostly or my office is at Bank and Sally is a nurse based in London Bridge, she has been living here coming up to 3.5years, we often travel together. Mia works at City Hall but is looking at moving out late Feb/March. I also have 2 very affectionate cats, Freya and Shizu and Finn my super friendly goldendoodle.

The bedroom has been newly decorated, is south facing over the garden, there is a warbrobe, chest of drawers and desk, Bathroom shared with myself only.
The area has supermarkets, cafes and a choice of pubs. Great connections, Canning Town and Custom House station are 10 mins by bus, Plaistow is 15 min walk. The house in a quiet location on a dead end road perfectly located for quick access to Newham hospital (5mins walk), Canary Wharf in 15 mins, London Bridge and Stratford in 20 mins, 30-40 minutes to Westminster & Bank. The Greenway is located at the end of the road, you can cycle to Stratford in 7-8 mins and Victoria Park is an easy 20 min cycle. Great for ExCel and City airport. 5 mins to A13 so getting out if town is very easy. 24 hr gym by Canning Town Station.

Street parking permit can be arranged if needed.
