Mon-Fri let with 30something Newham professional

I am looking for a tenant for my second bedroom, on a Monday-Friday or even Tuesday-Thursday basis - depending on what works best for an out-of-towner!

I am in the office every day and my ideal tenant will do the same but I am of course happy to share the kitchen and living room at night.

It is a Victorian end-of-terrace two-up two-down, with open living/dining room plus kitchen and bathroom.

I also have a garden that I am fond of in the summer months.

Parking on the street can be purchased, currently it is per day but this can be discussed depending on the length of tenancy.

The house is convenient for Stratford, Olympic Park, Westfield, City Airport, and Royal Victoria Docks.

Tube stations:
Canning Town station (zone 2) - 15 min walk or short bus ride, for Jubilee line to Canary Wharf (5 mins) and DLR to Bank (15 mins).
Plaistow station (zone 3) - 10 min walk away, for District and Hammersmith lines
West Ham (zone 2) - 15 min walk for Jubilee line and DLR.
