Hi all! We have a double room available for rent in our flat☺️

Location
We’re about a 5 minute walk from West Ham Station, which is very well connected with the Jubilee line, District Line, Hammersmith and City Line, and the DLR. There are also plenty of bus stops close by. It would take approximately 25-30 minutes to get into central London.

About the Room
This room is the largest room in our flat, and comes furnished with the bed, the chest of drawers and the little side table. There’s tons of natural light and the room can also fit a desk if you work from home.

About the Flat
We share all the living spaces in the flat including the bathroom, living room and kitchen. It comes with a washer, as well. The area is very safe and pretty quiet, as there are a mix of families and professionals living in the building.

About the flatmates
We’re two girls in our mid to late 20s. I am currently working in media and Rachel is back to studies for a brief period of time. We’re looking for someone who is friendly, communicative and tidy. We’re a quiet and respectful household where everyone values their privacy and personal space. It’s a relaxed home rather than a party flat, but we’re friendly and enjoy having a chat while respecting each other’s routines and downtime.
