House share in Stratford

My current flatmate is moving out to be closer to work and I am looking for someone to join me in a spacious house close to Stratford main station and high street station.

There is one large double room up in the loft, and a smaller room downstairs available to rent - this is suitable for couples or someone who needs a space to work from home (office space) 🏢 👨‍❤️‍👨👩‍❤️‍💋‍👩👨‍❤️‍💋‍👨

There’s a large living room and dinning area on the ground floor, which leads to the kitchen and to a small space for laundry, a second bathroom and then the garden space outside.

In the first floor we have the main bath and toilet? current tenants room (my room), and the small single room which is available to rent with the main double room.

Up on the second floor is where the large double bedroom for rent is.

We are close to restaurants, Morrisons, pubs, Stratford mall, and some off licenses.

I work part time in sustainability and part time for myself consulting on social causes of interest.

I do not have much requirements just open to finding someone or a couple who are fairly clean, open to different cultures and kind 😊
