We have a spacious single room available in our lovely home located in a quiet, residential area of West Ham (between Stratford and Plaistow).

🛏️ The Room & House
The Room: A spacious room with a comfortable double bed, clothes rack, storage furniture, a large mirror, and plenty of natural light. (The bed is available for free; the clothes rack, storage furniture, and the large mirror are for sale by the current tenant).
Shared Spaces: You’ll have access to a large shared bathroom, a bright, spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a lovely garden — perfect for relaxing outdoors!
The pictures of the rest of the house are available on requests only :)

💰 Rent & Bills
Bills are not included in the rent and vary depending on consumption. All bills are split equally among housemates.
Council Tax: Band C

The house is in a peaceful neighbourhood with fantastic connection options:
West Ham Station (District, Hammersmith & City, Jubilee, DLR, c2c Rail): 10–15 min walk.
Plaistow Station (District, Hammersmith & City): 10 min walk.
Stratford Station (Central, Jubilee, Elizabeth, Overground, National Rail): 10 min by bus or a 20 min walk.
Bus Stop: Just a 5-minute walk from the house, connecting you to both Stratford and Plaistow in under 10 minutes.

🏠 About Us
You’ll be sharing with two flatmates: a 25-year-old female freelancer and a 23-year-old male professional dancer (both Italian 🇮🇹).
We are clean, respectful, and easygoing. In our free time, we love cooking, listening to music, and having movie nights together in the living room, but we also respect each other's quiet time and privacy.
