Room available near Stratford

The room

Our housemate is moving out so we’re looking for a someone to join our four-bedroom house from the 1st of November.

We’re in a really great spot near Plaistow, just a 7 minute walk from Plaistow station (District & Hammersmith and City line) a Gym Group, Tesco express and Co-op. We have loads of buses nearby, so getting into central London or around East London is really easy. Stratford is also super close by, with Westfield and bigger supermarkets.

The house itself is really spacious, with a big open-plan kitchen and living room, lots of cupboard space and a garden out the back. There’s a main family bathroom shared between three people, plus a separate small downstairs toilet. West Ham Park is also right at the end of the road.

Bills including Council tax comes to around £100 pm.

Our landlord is also great whenever anything needs fixing.

We’re a clean household and have a good balance of being sociable and doing our own thing. We have varied jobs: a charity worker, a marketing strategist, and an events assistant/actor.
