I’d love to share with some great women (this is a female house share, and I'm looking for single female housemates who do not smoke)
(No smoking/alcohol/pork inside our home, meat and poultry are fine)

- 1 double room, furnished with all the essentials, with lots of natural light.
- Shared areas in the house include the kitchen, 2 bathrooms and garden.
 - A large light-filled kitchen/living space, a garden and a veranda with seating.
 - No parking

Professionals and students (females preferred), no couples, no pets.
- Proof of employment/income/ ID & reference is required.
- Deposit - £500
- 1 month's rent in advance
- Rent includes bills (single occupancy)
- Term 3-12 months & short lets considered too
- All bills included

Location and commute connected to District/Hammersmith & City Line/Elizabeth, Central and Jubilee lines
In Zone 2/3, a 7-minute walk to East Ham station.
From East Ham
- To Stratford/ Westfield - 15 mins
- To Liverpool Street - 20 mins
- To Bank Station - 24 mins
- To Canary Wharf - 21 mins
- To Oxford Circus - 30 mins
- To Monument -30 mins
