I’d love to share with some great women, (this is a female house share and I'm looking for female housemates who do not smoke)

- You can bring your own furniture too.  
- Shared areas in the house include the kitchen and garden
 - A large light-filled kitchen/living space, a garden and a veranda with seating.
 - No parking

Professionals and students (females preferred) no couples, no pets.
- Proof of employment/income/ ID & reference is required.
- Deposit - £500
- 1 month's rent in advance
- Rent includes bills (single occupancy)
- Term 6-12 months
- All bills Included

Location and commute connected to District/Hammersmith & City Line/Elizabeth, Central and Jubilee lines
In Zone 2/3, a 7-minute walk to East Ham station.
From East Ham
- To Stratford/ Westfield - 15 mins
- To Liverpool Street - 20 mins
- To Bank Station - 24 mins
- To Canary Wharf - 21 mins
- To Oxford Circus - 30 mins
