I am looking for a new short-term tenant for a Charles Morton Court premier ensuite student room (1st Floor with a view towards the street) from Friday 17th May until 30th August, 2019 (15 weeks).
I am currently living in the room but I won't need it after Friday 17th May. Extensions of the renting period possible. Shorther renting periods also possible.

And the flat is above a Tesco express so easy to get shopping to the flat.

Location
Newington Green is a great hotspot from which to enjoy London. The excellent Overground (the nearest station is Canonbury in Zone 2 - 10-minute walk) and plentiful bus connections mean that access to Camden, Hackney and Central London is easy, while Angel and Islington are just 15 minutes away.

There is a bus stop just outside the residence that provides easy access to prime Universities - 30 minutes by bus to King's College London, and around 15-20 minutes to City, University of London.

I have already covered all expenses with Collegiate AC. Therefore, I would like to receive a payment for your stay in advance.
