The flat itself is very spacious with a large living room / dining room, separate kitchen, large bathroom, and extra storage cupboards.
It is very secure with a gated entry to a courtyard, a separate door to the building (shared with only two other flats) which operate with fobs.

The room available comes furnished with huge built-in double wardrobe, with space for extra storage units e. g. chest of drawers.

The flat is in a fab location - 4 mins walk to various buses - only 30 mins to anywhere central. 7 mins walk to overground at Dalston Kingsland, Canonbury or Dalston Junction.
Just up the road you have Stoke Newington with its mass of restaurants and pubs, and around the corner Dalston, with a large Sainsburys, new M&S Food Hall, bars and places to dance the night away! Newington green is a 2 minute walk, and if you’d like a larger green space Clissold park is 10 minute walk.

I have loved living in the flat for the past year but I’m moving out to live with my boyfriend (just nearby in fact). The other house mate is in fact also moving out late July, hence if you are two friends with flexible dates that could work well also!
