The House:

The flat is a refurbished Victorian conversion, stripped back with hardwood floors, and has tonnes of character. Great kitchen and space for hanging. We love the space, and we hope you will too. ✌️

About Us:

You'll be living with Rowan and Marisa, two sick housemates-turned-mates. We've lived in Hackney for a while, know and love the area – enjoy a night out, as well as hosting dinner parties at the house, although it's mostly pretending to cook.

About You:

Ideally, you're not an a**hole – basically we’re after a social housemate who is also clean and knows how to live considerately in a communal space, we treat the house more like a family that lives together rather than separate housemates and all take huge pride in the place so looking for someone like minded.

The Room:
The room is a large double, with exposed brick, and two enormous built in wardrobes (plus gorgeous natural light).

The room can come with a few bits (mirror, probably the bed).

We're still sorting out move out date but it would likely be mid Aug - end of Aug.

Bills are not included but they come to about £155 per month, including a cleaner every fortnight :-)
