Bus stop 2 mn outside the house. Clissold park is a 5 mn walk or clissold leisure centre a 10 mn walk with pool/gym etc. close by is Stoke Newington church street with many cafes, shops and restaurants to enjoy. It is a very quiet friendly neighbourhood. In the flat is a shared bathroom (brand new), large kitchen diner at the back of the flat with tv sofa overlooking south facing garden. Prefer full time working professional. To share with female owner, does hybrid working, friendly easy going flatmate. Other female lodger is also a professional works full time.
