Bus stop 2 mn outside the house. Clissold park is a 5 mn walk or clissold leisure centre a 10 mn walk with pool/gym etc. close by is Stoke Newington church street with many cafes, shops and restaurants to enjoy. It is a very quiet friendly neighbourhood. In the flat is a shared bathroom, large kitchen diner at the back of the flat with sofa overlooking south facing garden. Seeking full time working professional to share with female owner who does hybrid working and quiet female flatmate. Other female lodger works full time out of the flat.
