Spacious ensuite in bright, friendly terrace house

Hey folks! We’re unfortunately losing one of our wonderful housemates as she’s moving back to Dublin, so we’re looking to add one more to our gang. Spacious, modern, 4-bedroom, 3-story terrace house - you won’t find many places like this in London! The 2nd floor ensuite room is up for grabs.

Move in is early October (5th-ish) but can be flexible/discussed.

Only a stones throw from Newington Green, and easy walking distance to all of the delights of Islington, DB and Dalston - it’s a prime location. Canonbury is a ~5 min walk and Highbury & Islington station ~15, so easy access to everything.

A bit about us: we’re all in our early-mid 30s (Aussie and American mix), work normalish 9-5 hours in tech, law and project mgmt…all a mix of wfh and office and we prefer to keep that balance…we’re a social, active bunch who keep it fairly quiet during the week but love a pint after work or relaxing in the evenings with some dinner & a glass of vino, and getting out and about on the weekends. All very relaxed, drama free and easy to get along with.

We take pride in making this house feel like a home, keep it clean and tidy, and see quite a bit of each other, so ideally looking for someone similar minded - preference given to those aged in their 30s. Shoot us a message if that sounds like you.

Bills are separate to rent and split 4 ways (they vary but approx £200pm pp). Council tax is separate. We also have a professional cleaner come every fortnight and split the cost of that 4-ways as well. (Also, the deposit is 6 weeks rent, not 5 as Spareroom limits.)
