Hello, I’m looking for someone to take over my contract from 3rd August-6th September.

It’s a lovely ensuite room, road facing, on the top floor with a great view and lots of sunlight. Actual price of this room is 315 per week but I'm offering it at less!

A gated community with keycard access, Mon-Fri reception, all bills included- council tax, water, electricity, wifi etc.

I’ve lived here for two years, and loved the spacious open feel and modern layout.

The living room is huge with two large refrigerators and freezers. The flat has 6 separate en-suites, but most people are away for the summer so you would essentially have the place to yourself.

This is lovely if you like your space, large sunny kitchen and living room, games room, etc and you’re looking for something short term.

There may be option to extend- let me know and I can connect you with the building manager.

30 min bus ride to Oxford street and easy bus connections to all over London. Canonbury overground station is a 12 minute walk away. There’s also a farmers market which is about the same distance in the other direction. Clissold park is a 7 minute walk away walk away. It’s a lovely bustling area with a Jolene right across the street, and a Tesco right outside the building.
